Emirates NBD Bank HQ - Podium Development- Dubai, U.A.E

Prepared 2 Concept Design proposal for the conversion of the podium floor level in the existing Headquarters of a prominent Bank in Dubai, from surface parking to a covered and Air-conditioned central space connecting the existing 4 office buildings and hosting common functional spaces for the staff of the bank, including:

• Food & Beverage outlets w indoor- & outdoor dining.

• Multi-Purpose Hall

• Exhibition Space

• Out-door Amphitheatre

• Smart Bank Branch

Project Total Built-up Area = 9000sqm

Status of the Project: Under design.

Team size: 3 Architects, 3 Sub-consultants (Structure, MEP, FLS)

Role in the Project:
• Attended client meeting.

•Provided 2 design proposals for space planning and exterior design.
• Carried out coordination with sub-consultants.
• Produced design reports and 3D animation for client’s presentations.

Software Used: Revit, Lumion for rendering, and
InDesign for presentation.
