Worked on preparing the schematic design development 5-star Luxury hotel with a large

Business and convention center.
The design team consisted of a large number of sub-consultants and
specialists; acting as the lead consultant we had to lead a tremendous
coordination effort to synchronize the different design aspects and
specialists input.

Project Components:

• 287 Guest Rooms

• 2 Ballrooms

• 11 Multi-purpose and Board Rooms

• 5 Restaurants

• Health club with ( 2 spas, Swimming pool lounge, and terrace, 2 GYMs)

Status of the Project: Under Construction.

Team size: 3 Architects, 8 Sub-consultants (Structure, MEP, ID, Lighting, Landscape, Kitchen, Facade Design, QS)

Role in the Project: Design Architect
• Attending client meeting.

• Coordination of As-built drawings.
• Produced design proposal for the floor plans layouts and design reports. -Facade design was by a facade Consultant-
• Carried out coordination with sub-consultants.
• Produced design details.
• Prepared Drawings for Authorities Approvals.

Software Used: AutoCAD for Design and coordination and Adobe InDesign for Reports & Presentation.
